Letter from the Pastors

Welcome to the Shoreline website! Shoreline started a year and a half ago and has been growing ever since. We're really glad you made it to our website, feel free to look around.

Trying to sum up what we're about is really hard. In a word, we're about God. But that's super generic, and what church isn't going to say that? So maybe the best way to say it is that we're really about God. Like with our whole lives, from home to the office to our vacation to our Saturday nights. Everything is for our Creator.

The upshot of all this is that Shoreline church isn't a building. It's a family, like God wants it to be. And in a city where it seems like no one wants to talk anymore, it's really nice to have people who know you, love you, and promise to walk with you the way God intended.

That's why we get together on Sunday mornings. It's not about putting on a tie and going somewhere to stand up, sit down, and repeat. It's family time, where we all show up to worship God together. And no matter how you're dressed, what you know about church, or what you think about God, you're always welcome to join us.

So thanks for visiting, and please let us know if there's any questions we can answer or any way we can serve you. That's what God put us here for, and it's our pleasure to do it. And who knows? Maybe you looking at this computer screen is your first look at your new family.
